Hello! My name is Vincent Tran, the founder and head insurance claim specialist of Ethics Roofing & Construction LLC. in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. My goal is to provide remarkable services to our customers.

Starting With Insurance
Prior to formally opening my company, I started out as a claim adjuster for an independent company named Pilot Catastrophe Inc. in 2005. During that time, I handled homeowner insurance claims for those affected by Hurricane Wilma in Florida, Hurricanes Katrina and Rita in the Mississippi and Louisiana areas.
After two and a half years, I came home and worked as a claims specialist for State Farm Insurance company dealing with Homeowner and Auto insurance. I fully resolved cases involving weather catastrophes, storm damage, and initial response concerns. In addition, I did post-storm home inspections, documentation for lost possessions, and estimate preparation for homeowners. I was even able to settle claims on-site.

My main focus is on roof inspections of storm-related damage in residential areas. As such, I have dealt with all sorts of cases regarding such matters. It is from here that I saw the opportunity to serve and keep my promises to my customers. This inspired me to look into the roofing and construction business so that my experiences as a claim adjuster would allow me to help homeowners in making the right decision for their properties.
